A standard problem in companies is the need to perform many activities in order to finalize a direct meeting. From the experience of our clients, it is sometimes as many as 15 activities that need to be performed, starting from fixing the date and place, through informing the reception desk, arranging vehicle entry, to properly informing the guest about the meeting. After all those operations the guest does not receive coherent information about the place and time of the meeting along with information on how to get there, rules of access and stay in the parking lot as well as rules concerning safety at the facility.
